Jordan, Emily's then-fiancé, would come to support and see how enthusiastic everyone was. The hour-long queue, and how people were taking photos of their sketch to share on social media. This initial event resulted in a deluge of offers and new clients. But Emily was just one person and this firm needed to scale. They were convinced that there had to be a better way.
