I've always been annoyed by the lack of size options in most modest clothes retailers. I can't figure out why most modest clothes lines run small and end at a size 14. As someone who has never been particularly petite, I found it quite stressful to shop with labels whose clothing I admired but could never imagine fitting into. When I design a collection, I think about genuine ladies with real bodies like mine. It doesn't make the collection if I don't feel comfortable in it. I am convinced that people who claim they 'can't design for big girls' (insert biggest eye roll here) cannot design. It is incredibly simple to design inclusively; all you need to do is care enough to bother. Because I care, my collection will always be accessible in sizes 2-24, with custom sizing available for anyone who requires it.
