The pressure on the Occlusion Cuff® should be adjusted individually. Upper limb pressures may range from 60 to 150 mmHg. Lower limb pressures may range between 150 and 250 mmHg. When the correct pressure is identified, it should feel like a 7/10 in severity compared to your maximum tolerated pressure. The Occlusion Cuff® can be worn continuously for 10-15 minutes. It is then suggested that the pressure be released for 2-3 minutes to allow for blood reperfusion. The cuff can then be reinflated. NEVER do workouts with the gauge still attached to The Occlusion Cuff®. Over time, this could cause harm to the gauge. It's typical for the pressure to reduce somewhat between exercise sessions. It is advised that your baseline pressure be raised back to normal between sets. The pressure in the cuff can be released by pressing the point on the top of the cuff valve.
